Get 2mbps Download Speed on MTNL Broadband Freedom 800 Plan Posted: 30 Apr 2014 02:16 AM PDT I Just resetted my modem at 08:30pm on 28/04/2012 and see the result If U still doubt, I can post screenshot of my data downloaded from MTNL's site. [color=#C0C0C0;]----------[/color] I am using this plan since Dec 2011. You can see that I have downloaded/Uploaded almost 340GB Before I was thinking that this is temporary.

Using 2 services on same cable ? Posted: 30 Apr 2014 01:25 AM PDT Hello     Im currently mtnl user , i have 650 unlimited plan , of course normal internet connection through rj 11 cable with landline (i have own wifi router TPlink having only rj11 slot) , now i have got a new local isp , he is giving 5mbps unlimited @ 850 rs per month , he provides connection through rj 11 too , so can i use both on same telephone line ? ( a single telephone line comes to my house from telephone box below , from it i use mtnl landline and mtnl broadband ) , can i use mtnl landline and local isp broadband from same line ? (i feel no , but no idea , in any case i dont want to disconnect mtnl landline )  Thank you

Powercuts,sweltering heat ,cannot go outside during day time, cant enjoy food, etc.   I have seen virtually all kinds of weather and biomes except snow. I wish i would settle in a place in future which has snowfall.   So do you like summer with temps over 45 C or winter with min temps near 0.   ps: not to be regionalist but only northerners know what real winter is so please dont skew the poll. If your place does not experience 0-10C winter temp then reply the other options

Time To Get Reliance Broadband Posted: 30 Apr 2014 12:12 AM PDT I filled the form which is on their website on april 19th 2014 and still i have got no call from them despite my 4 calls and 5 emails to them. everytime i call they say it is feasible and their service people will call me in 1 business day...   Is your experince like this too?? I live in pune and i am dilemma over YOU broadband and reliance wireline.

Had this Reliance Thunder 699 plan while I was at Sector 10A but now I am not even finding a single ISP except the dreaded Tikona. Can anyone suggest me some option? I am living a tough life without the Internet here. Also if possible, suggest me some 3G option for the time being.

TIKONA broadband advice Posted: 29 Apr 2014 09:44 PM PDT hi i am a hathway banglore user(a very happy one) but now i am changing apartment(bommanahalli) and dont have hathway,act you or anything except airtel or bsnl which r too much above my budget with pathetic FUP's so only solution is tikona(yeah even after reading all the scary reviews....but fate is a b****) so how is tikona internet?? my questions r in hathway i have  a login which is pain in bottom but it can be done through my mobile or any device...does tikona has something like that login   also...how many devices can i connect wirelessly...right now i am connecting a pc through lan and 4 other wirelessly....does tikona block multiple devices??   how is the ping and netspeed (i am a online gamer and need good ping)   last but not least how is the service and connection drops??if it rains or is cloudy  then will the internet stop or pathetically slow down??   i connect my hathway cable modem to a wireless router and connect all other devices does tikona give a wireless router which can do that or they give only wired one with a single rj45 port??   thanks

ACT broadband worst service Posted: 29 Apr 2014 09:19 PM PDT Hi I have used ACT Broadband and my experience has been pathetic!!! I am surprised how ppl in blore still manage to give such wonderful feedback!!! First of all , marketing guy Manjunath cheated me saying its a post-paid connection and collected deposit with advance rental...... within 5 days i am asked to pay again for next month!!! I am surprised and checked with cust care to find that ACT doesn't provide post paid .For having paid Rs 2000 as deposit continued with connection.... ACT bb cust care experience has been horrible....I was unable to make online payment and I raised 22 complaints with a week ,but problem never solved....I paid thru cheque with additional Rs 50 as collection charges,,,,, I had issues of disconnection and slow speed for 5-10 within 1st month of using ACT bb ...my complaint used to be closed without my knowledge and problem still open!!! Finally not even my single complaint was addressed properly...well i reached out nodal officer Hari prasad.... he is as use less as cust care!! I decided finally to call it quits and asked ACT to cancel my connection...well ACT made a big mess of it!!! Which ISP provider charges for disconnection???? I paid my outstanding thru cheque as my online account was never activated!!! but even after cancelling my account ACT has not returned my deposit nor cancelled my connection!! I still get bills for Jan ,Feb 2014 ,when connection is closed in December 2013..... I am a genuine reviewer and my account number with ACT bb was 412315 Also ,names of sales exec and nodal officer is real!!! So its to u decide if ACT is really what it claims to be!!! This may be one off case or one of many cases ,but their arrogance shows!!! ACT is Harassment @ HIGH speed!!!!
