Dear Users,

 

I have recently shifted to SRS Pearl Floors in Sector-87, Faridabad. I wanted to buy a broadband connection. After searching for quite a while, I have decided to get AXN Broadband connection. Is there anyone who is also using the same company? I want to know how is their after-sales services and how is the speed. Do you get what they offer? I am planning to go for a 1 Mbps plan with FUP till 10 GB for INR 850+12.36% Service Tax. After that 256 kbps.

Craig Ferguson will step down as host of CBS' " The Late Late Show" in December when his contract with the network expires after nearly a decade as David Letterman's companion in the 12:35 a.m. slot.
Ferguson broke the news to his studio audience at the 5 p.m. PT taping of Monday's edition of "Late Late Show." In a statement issued by the network he quipped: "CBS and I are not getting divorced, we are 'consciously uncoupling,' but we will still spend holidays together and share custody of the fake horse and robot skeleton, both of whom we love very much."
Ferguson's decision comes less than a month after Letterman announced his intention to retire next year, and about two weeks after CBS tapped Stephen Colbert as his successor. Ferguson's move was not a surprise given CBS' decision to turn elsewhere for Letterman's replacement. Ferguson's last contract with CBS ensured him a windfall payout of an estimated $8 million-$10 million once the Eye opted against giving him "The Late Show" slot.

Tariff Increase for Airtel Fixed Line Broadband Customers

I got a message that from 26-Mar-2014 there would be a Tariff Revision in Pune.

My current plan INR 650 for 5-GB Download/ Month is being revised to 749.

 

It also asked to look further at site http://www.airtel.in/dsl-faq for further information.

 

I got this message in the Bill for February-2014.

Due to a rise in input cost , there will be an increase in your broadband rent from the next bill cycle.

 

Please refer to the note below this box for details.

Hi All,

 

Sharing My Experience.

 

I Sent SMS Upgrade to 54325 on 24th April 2014 & recieved call from their sales team very next day.

 

I have decided to upgrade for Airtel DTH HD DVR. Sales Person committed that i will be getting 18 HD channels for 2 Months at free of cost post Upgrade (48 hrs) . 

 

Even samething was conveyed by Installation Folks. (He asked me to wait for 48 hrs).

 

Now even after 3 days and 10+ CCalls, They are making Story/Execuse. Half of CC executive doesn't know Protocol/Process. They Promised for call back and no one called.

 

They have raised SR 37379336 but no Solution yet.

 

This is really Mental harassement.

 

BAD BAD SERVICE.

Charging cable for Note 2

So my stock cable went kaput. Then the cable i bought from Palika went kaput. 

I wanna buy a cable specifically designed for charging phones, not for data transfer. It'll use the micro usb 2.0 port on the Note 2. Is there any cable which is made for charging? 
My budget is maximum 500, and I'm willing to buy from sites outside India if the price is right. 


Any suggestions?

Failing this, I'd like to buy the original cable that comes with Mid-High end Sony phones ie Xperia Z, cause I've used one and its very nice. Give me a stable 1500 mah.

My issue is not still resolved After speaking to your customer care and was on call for one hour my telephone is 100rs who is going to pay for that like me their are many people who are calling you are they have been charged because you have a land line number you claim to be Indian number one service provider i completely agree to what you are saying why could not you have a toll free number which could be convenient to all customers and you rating also will be double so tell me who is going to pay the amount which was charged to me due to your negligence. Their is no apology on call their is no resolution on call i am not satisfied because your customer care gave me wrong info that my usage has been over why are they not trained to give proper resolution secondly i had to call up multiple times they were rude to me and the resolution provided was also not up to the mark the last resolution provided was that you have a xp computer which is not supporting convert to windows 7 I am not all satisfied with your performance and worst customer care eating peoples money out you have to give me a refund form my telephone bill and please use apology   when you are responding to post i dont know which uneducated has written reply keep some educated people with high technical knowledge and good customer care executives got it and reply to my reply as soon as possible i am in office and ic cannot pick my calls in my office due to info security do not call me 10 to 15 times a day to speak to me i am available from morning 9-3 so please call me in this time got it i dont want to waste my money on phone calls to your people and speak to dumb people reply to my email or to his post so that people can know thruth .

It may even happen within 1 year as well if situation arises like current govt decides to call early elections or looses majority if coalition partners pull off support (which is less likely). So who could it be forming new govt? BJP or Congress? NDA or UPA? Narendra Modi or Rahul Gandhi? Sushma Swaraj or Manmohan Singh? Arun Jaitley or P. Chidambaram? What impact Arvind Kejriwal would have on these elections? And finally will any 3rd front succeed in forming govt at Centre?

MTNL Broadband is inserting Adphonso powered malware on all customer devices

I have MTNL ADSL broadband in Delhi. Today I saw this popup on the side when I connected online (I removed my telephone number from the image):

After looking for the inserted code, I discovered that MTNL is inserting iframes inside the webpages!

 

The popup is being loaded from http://www.adphonso.com/testmtnl.php?CSID=22221504@mtnl

 

(I changed the telephone number in the URL above) More scrips are inserted from MTNL address 203.94.243.40

 

The adphonso website belongs to an adversiting company and that is a big problem :(

 

 

Are you guys seeing this sort of popups too? If yes, do you think is it safe?

 

I think this way inserting codes inside webpages is not good for the privacy of users.

With the implementation of the new rule or Civil Aviation Requirement (CAR), flyers can now turn on their cellphones, tablets or laptops on 'flight mode' to work, play video games, listen to music, watch pre-loaded movies or type their emails.
The mails would, however, be sent only after the plane lands at an airport.

Why did the trailers get taken down? Whether Warner Bros. did this on purpose is unknown. Either way, it is a brilliant marketing ploy. Fans want to see the Big G in a serious American movie. That campy 1998 version starring Ferris Bueller won't cut it.
Director Gareth Edwards has promised Godzilla will be what fans are craving. Like Christopher Nolan did with the Dark Knight trilogy.
If you dig hard enough, there might be a trailer still up. What was there, however, featured destruction — busted trains, debris everywhere, holes in buildings. The majority of the trailer's audio is J. Robert Oppenheimer's speech about the creation of the atomic bomb with this part standing out: "Now I am become death, the destroyer of worlds."
Of course during this time we see monster arms and legs and finally, Godzilla shouts his signature roar at the end.
A second trailer shows soldiers parachuting out of a plane to fight back against the mythical beast. Again, this trailer is serious stuff. You'll have to dig to find this one as well.

some episodes are super lame. a few have some really funny moments. Zooey Deschanel plays the character of well pretty much herself.

i have no idea why they killed the character of coach and replaced it with a dumb black guy who fails to play the stereotype!
