Actually it is easier when calling from non vodafone number as there is option to give feedback on network and this option taken us directly to a real person.

Facing weird speed issue with BSNL .. diff speed in diff PC .. pls HELP

Actually when the BSNL guy came ... he checked in his laptop and soon after I checked in my laptop. So there must be some reason why we are getting two diff result (specially for upload speed) in two diff PC

I am using SP2 for years and regularly got full speed. So it may not be driver issue

Is it for Anti-virus? Or any other reason? Any suggestions will be welcome

Use CPU Spy to see if your phone is going into deep sleep mode when it's idle. If it is not going into deep sleep mode, try restarting it. No deep sleep = poor battery life.

I was able to get over 5 hours of on screen time a few days ago by lowering my brightness using Screen Filter & switching off data.
