Posted: 10 Feb 2013 02:44 AM PST Only two things seem logical up until now 1) Universe created itself from nothing 2) Some super skilled programmer (God) coded our universe. So, let us assume the 2nd case is true.If you guys play video games, u should've known something called "Randomly generated quests". The game is coded in certain way, but the coder/creator has no control over what actually happens in it.The quests are randomly generated. It depends on the player on how the game unravels (i.e random). So even if God programmed the universe, He might not have any control over it. He might not even know planets would form or life would form. One law leads to another. Higgs boson lead to matter, matter lead to gravity and so on. But i choose to believe in the 1st case. The problem with 2nd case is that it's a never ending loop on who created who. Ultimately something has to come from Nothing ! Anyway, at this point of time, people should start thinking rationally. You can believe in God and still think rationally. Neither me, nor anyone on this planet can tell us truth about God. You chose what makes sense to you but don't forget to trust yourself more than any other thing. This thread's never gonna end :D |
Times of India is pretty much a Tabloid Posted: 10 Feb 2013 02:35 AM PST Right! Reading the actual paper, reading actual mag, has its own charm. I still am not used to reading these things digitally. Even studies for that matter. |

Posted: 10 Feb 2013 02:14 AM PST because whey they started work on it, windows phone did not even exist? you do not just put sensors in a phone and get it to work without having the software stack in place. they did what they could with the first generation of lumia devices with a basic pureview model which is still better than what competing devices offer. also, it does not matter what you or me mind. the smartphone market is all about slim devices. so it remains to be seen if they can really fit in the 808 camera in a slim lumia device if the reports of this upcoming model is true. you need to realize something. the phones that launch in the market today are usually conceptualized a year or two before. samsung probably is already working on S5 and S6. nokia was working on pureview for 3-4 years at least if i am correct... and it was developed purely with symbian in mind. because at that time symbian was still the market leader and no one would have imagined that nokia would ditch it for an outsourced mobile platform in the coming years. it took nokia around a year to develop and launch their first generation windows phone devices. it was obvious that bringing the same pureview tech would take a bit longer. and they might finally be close to bringing it to the market. also... at that point of time nokia was also working on meego which was to become their next choice of mobile platform. nokia probably was more ready to launch meego based devices with pureview than of course windows phone which they do not develop themselves. :) |
