for the past 1 week i am getting 260kbps - 520kbps despite being in Home 500 2mbps plan :( BSNL FUBAR

So, how cold is it at your place?

i get at least 600Kbps from my Hathway Connection, but i found that the youtube videos wont stream properly. The download speed from youtube isn't great for me. My question is does youtube streaming depend on ping?
