Configuring BSNL Modem

To All,
I have BSNL Home UL499 broadband plan and i want to configure the modem for that. But When configuring the modem it is the option that always connected. I dont want to use that option. I want to make PPPoE connection for that. it means when i want to connect and disconnect the net. So please anyone know how to configure it. reply me fast. waiting for your reply.

The Korean Grand Prix marked the first race in the final quarter of the 2012 Formula 1 season. It also brought the first penalty of the season for using a ninth engine, as all drivers have been allocated eight units for a single campaign since the start of 2010.

At this point – with the races of India, Abu Dhabi, the United States and Brazil still to run – being on your eighth engine can still mean you are comfortable, as previous powerplants can be used. Still being on your seventh is an even more ideal scenario.

Beware guys

I have recharged with tata docomo 250 so called "unlimited recharge" on 5th October 2012. Since then i have not been able to use it.
I registered multiple complaints with them and they clarified that it only works on a Handset.. and not data card.

WTF?
What does tata docomo have to do with the device i'm using? I am paying for the service and it's your job to provide 3G services regardless of the device that i use.
Further they even blocked my calls to 121 and 198. Dear TRAI? Are you listening? Are mobile companies supposed to block the access to 198 which is mandatory for all the operators?

More or less. Basically Gurgaon is suffering a lot when it comes to telecommunication because of this NCR tag. The beloved CM of Haryana(Mr Hooda) don't want to turn his sight towards Gurgaon. The MP of Gurgaon(Inderjeet) is a lame person. He might be the cleverest person on the face of the earth but his knowledge in this area is lacking. And then there is CM of Delhi(Ms. Dixit) who has obviously no jurisdiction outside of Delhi so this whole NCR term doesn't mean anything. So in the end Gurgaon has to develop on its own and we're doing great in most areas but telecommunication is not among them.
