I was little skeptical about opting ACT broadband after reading many negative reviews in the internet. But I thought of giving a try and called the sales executive. To my surprise the next day morning the sales executive arrived at my place and assured me that the connection will be provided within 4 working days. but in another 2 days time I received a call from the technician for the connection. From that time onward for the last 1 month my experience is too good with ACT broadband. with its amazing speed and 0% downtime , I am really happy . Thank you ACT broadband.

From my past exp. I found out its possible to temp wifi connection..but no permanent solution for the same...

Lolz last year in a building close to mine the extra parking spaces went for 13 lacs a spot... & most of the cars parked in those spots were switfts & i20s :D ... But if u bought a small flat in sion mumbai at the present rate which is close to 20-25k/sq ft, u cant really expect it to jump up to 50k or 75k in the next couple of years??? So my basic advice is look into smaller towns for investments(like ur dad's or mother's home towns)...

But on a more serios note(no punintended) keeping up with the latest & greatest in the world of technology is a bottomless pit... What one should ask himself before buying a product is do I really need this & is this really useful... Now I dont mean is this just buying stuff u can work on... Things like Gaming consoles,MP3 players,good smartphone etc etc are very useful too as all work & no play makes Johnny a dull boy :D... For the longest time I have had the urge to upgrade my 3GS... But whenever I think about upgrading I wonder what will the new smartphone do for me after I spend 30-40k on it... Almost everything I want to do I can do on a 3GS...
