Sony ericsson xperia play shows not enough memory even after having free memory

In my Sony Ericsson xperia play mobile phone I am facing weird problem. While installing any application in my mobile phone it shows that I don't have enough memory but in my mobile phone I have enough memory. What should I do to solve this problem?

every dx10 games contain black borders around screen @ 1920x1080 resolution. If I run in Directx 9 it works very well. Over scan is put to 0%.I try adding every mode plus setting the refresh rate as well as scale options for every which I read is thought to repair the problem however, it didn't work. perhaps I did it wrong?

Can anybody please provide me steps to repair this problem?

In my computer I have recently installed Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning demo and after installing this game whenever I play the game at that time I get black screen randomly. Im aware of the problem..And i have used one tap clener and app2sd it is possible to move sone of the app but i can only install just 1 or 2 app to get like 20mb free internal memory wile on the other hand i bought a 8gb sd card only like 2% is used..i pretty sure you guys are aware of eventhough we transfer it to sd it not 100% transfed and its pretty annoyng..i had to install and uninstall app t
