Can we run DC++ and share

Posted: 19 Jan 2012 02:42 AM PST

Ofcourse we can but why bother when we can get everything from some random torrent site. I can't talk for the others but it at least serves my needs.

I used to share via DC++ back in the days of Kazaa and Bearshare, it was good enough back then and would like to try it out just for the sake of it.

EDIT:
Nevermind, turns out they don't have a Linux version.

Can anyone explain how Nimbuzz works?

Posted: 19 Jan 2012 02:17 AM PST

Hi Dear,

I wanted to know which network does Nimbuzz use, if I am installing it on a Blackberry or an Android phone ? Does it directly gets connected to Yahoo/Skype when I login ? OR, does it gets connected to their own Nimbuzz network before connecting to yahoo or Skype ?
The issue is if the connection goes directly to Skype, then it will get blocked, bu if its routed through Nimbuzz network, there are chances that it wont be blocked.

kindly advice..

Sharby

Thinking of getting Airtel in Chennai, is it worth it and what should I get?

Posted: 19 Jan 2012 02:17 AM PST

From my experience, the chances of that happening with a post paid connection are less. On postpaid, you can set a credit limit on your line, also, you could check your unbilled amount via ussd codes as and when the need arises.

Tata DOCOMO GSM: money deducted without proper cause.

Posted: 19 Jan 2012 02:10 AM PST

@tatadocomo, why did you activate it in the first place without the user's consent?
If you do it on your own, than face the bad publicity on internet. Tit for tat.
I have also seen others like Airtel, Idea, Vodafone doing it. They do it consistently and don't spare anyone.
