Random shutdown in Toshiba Qosmio X505-Q8100X

From last two months I am using Toshiba Qosmio X505-Q8100X laptop and I am facing problem with this laptop. In my laptop I have Windows 7 operating system and suddenly it has started giving me problems. While working on my laptop it gets turned off automatically.

Qosmio-X775-7272-BD tries to load a DVD with no DVD in the drive

I am using Qosmio-X775-7272-BD from two months. It works well. But now a day when more processes are running. When there is no dvd inside the dvd drive then also my BD-DVD drive tries to load a dvd. This slows downs all other processes of my laptop. It's really annoying. What can be the solution? Please help me to solve this problem.
