CPU 100% nearly all the time

I'm currently running Window's vista on a computer that had been working fine until a few weeks ago. And is now extremely slow. I tried restoring factory settings and am having the exact same issue.

Its a slightly older CPU but is still only a few years old. The "System" Tab in control panel shows I only have 2046 MB ram, when i purchased it it was considerably more. Below is the purchase spec

I will change of HP C309a , I downloaded the software HP Photosmart Essential 3.5 images . It takes good account of my photos but when I run it is slow to it, blocks to the home page and I must intervene with the Windows task manager to close it because it stops responding . nb305 low battery alarm beep how to shut off

Currently I am using nb305 netbook. At the time of using it it drops down by 10% on the remaining battery and then beep occurs in every 10seconds. Can anyone please suggest me that how can I make it disable that is very annoying and at that time you can't do anything it beeps when I listen any music then also. or at the time of video. And I can't use this netbook in public without turning it off.

Disable touchpad on A215-S4697

There is some method through which I can make disable the touchpad when I connect the USB mouse in it . This is actually what I have used to do:

1) Searching for a button on the top or bottom of the touchpad . I am not getting any type of button

Something serious has happened to my laptop which is Toshiba Libretto U100 as when i am trying to turn it ON then it shows green power light but it does not give any hard drive noise or other activity. A500 Satellite Speakers vs Headphones

I have recently bought and If I want to play the sound through headphone,I mean when I plug in the headphones jack in laptop, it gives sound from both speakers as well as headphone. I have searched on internet but did not help me. I have two problems.

Hey, there everyone I have recently got this new(HP OfficeJet Pro 1150c) stuff for me but mind it, it is without cables. The thing that I want to know is can I connect this stuff via USB to my laptop? What are the thing that I will be required to take care of? I just bought an HP Officejet 6500 E709N and when I try to print its Wifi does not work, the wireless printer is sure to turn and yet my computer is connected to the printer but when I try print it gives me sth "printer is offline" With its cable works well, however. I am using this Toshiba Satellite M45-S265 from last 1 year and there was not problem with this laptop. But not i guess the power button of this laptop does not works properly. Battery on Satellite A135-S4527 does not charge

Cannot Install WIn Server 2008 R2 x64 in Win 7
