Pc heating problem!!!!!

Hello,
MY pc spec

os windows vista ulitmate
mother board- gigabyte g31m-3s2l
processor- intel dual core 3ghz
memry- 4gb.
video card- 9800 gt. 1gb ddr3

My pc temp-55*
full load- 80*

Is this temp ideal for my pc or is it overheating and if it is then can someone advise me a remedy to the problem.

Had XFX GeForce 9800 GT card - gone bad - blocks on screen, then dots & not see in Device manager- Removed, re set & works at time & then back to same problems. I haven't another machine to test it on but it looks like the card.

The alternative Hotmail and Gmail accounts, are they set up as POP3
accounts in your Windows Mail? Those send using the Hotmail and
Gmail SMTP servers, respectively?

What happens when you send a test email to yourself from your
main account? Does it arrive in the Inbox, either in Windows Mail or
in webmail?

korrekt anzeigen und somit läßt sich
der Ordner auch nicht mehr leeren.

First off, how can you just "write a rule to permit it" if you do not
understand what it is?
Your router is sending SNMP traps. Go to its setup and disable it. If
you plan on using SNMP monitoring, then configure a specific IP address,
not the entire subnet.

I recently got a new BIOSTAR G31D-M7 motherboard.On running the driver cd on autoplay found that it was not detecting LAN.

When you get that repeated prompt for username and password, click Cancel,
which should then produce an error message. Right-click on your error message,
