Need help my netbook stopped working

I was using my computer as usual, when suddenly, randomly closed. Now every time you restart, the screen flickers for a moment, then it just goes black. The fan works but the keyboard does not, not what you might suggest that the team has not achieved its Power-On Self Test (POST). Wi-Fi indicator is not lit, as is typically caused when the computer turns on. I cannot do anything about it! I tried

Ok, so my Dell mini laptop was working fine, I have spyware Doc. and use it
ever day to check for a virus, but 2 days ago my laptop kept
going to the blue screen (and still dose) when I try to start it up.
It says "Registry file failure."(on the blue screen)

I can use iTunes to play audio in my system. I have Nero 6 OEM installed as CD recording software. ITunes now have their own CD recording function. But detects another application and give me notice at any time I open iTunes. Is there any way to shut that feature forever? I mean I do not want the annoying popup next time I play a song. I newly buy the MSI 790FX-GD70 board, beside with an AMD Athlon x2 2 240 CPU, and a stick of Kingston hyper x 2 GB of RAM DDR3 1600, now my problem is that the system remain in custody or freezing at random.
