What I meant here was probably misunderstood by Jaymin. Take the case of the NGC boquet in SD. It is a Fox Distribution. Still it is missing on TS SD even till date

Unlike Dish which never fails to take advantage of the situation... case in point Ten Action+. Also the bickering that apparently happened behind the scenes before a certain Ten "Ads" channel was aired showing the India-South Africa test series during the commercial breaks.

I have a data logger with a fastrack modem. The SIM card has a GPRS plan. The system is in Mumbai. I have set up a ftp server and http web in the data logger to control it. When the modem connects, get an IP (this IP changes along the connection time, dynamic IP ) but I can connect with the data logger. If I use a tracert IP address tool the signal looses in a server in Mumbai. I have used this system with the same configuration abroad without problems. The vodafone's techns don't give me any advice or solution to the problem.

That's what I am saying.

He can score a century at no.7 when he is batting with a number 10, but at top order I don't know what happens to him.

He can score runs only in two scenarios.
1. If he bats at no.7
2. If he is called during last 7-8 overs.

And once again I would say, Promoting him in order is not a good move.
See what happens when he loses his wicket early, calm headed batsmen like Kohli try to do his role, and they also fail.
And that's what we have seen against Dutch and S.A. !

BTW, I have another query on call conference also...... when I asked her if I can conference two incoming calls, she told me, "yes you can, but both calls will be charged .30/min...... WTF....:iomg: Why should they charge 2 incoming calls and that too on minute basis.....

Most of my calls would only be conference..... Does that means I am screwed?? :madness:

There are plenty of places where you can't even get service from some providers... case in point, try entering an address for somewhere in downtown Manhattan, NY on Comcast's website.

So I went down to the exchange today and they said the plan is 2mbps only. I told them the bsnl website says 4mbps and they kept arguing. Finally they called up some senior guy and asked me to talk to him and he confirmed the plan is 4mbps upto 20 GB and that he'll change mine. I also told him my line rate is capped at 2mbps which should be increased as well and he said everything will be taken care of. Well, we'll see I guess.

Aircel 3G Signal Goes Live in coimbatore from yesterday night (sunday 13th march). I got strong signal in my location (NGGO Colony,thudiyalur at coimbatore), where so far poor 3G signals from BSNL. Much hyped vodafone 3G cannot reach beyond coimbatore town limits. Well done AIRCEL3G.

A manual config gives only 950 kbps connection speed. I get a maximum download speed of around 75 KB/s. But 3G speed is much more than this .

Which Hatchback less than 4 lakh? Wagon R Duo?

What is the best hatchback available at the moment (or before aug 2011) which costs around 4 Lakh. Needs to be spacious, safe and comfortable during drive. It is to be used mainly while I am on holidays there once per year (assume max 500 kms) and rest to be used by my parents once in a while (may be 50 kms per month). So it would be idle for around 11 months.

I have the new Maruti Wagon R Duo in mind considering its height, cost of maintenance, service centre availability etc.

Does it take both Petrol and LPG/CNG? Any other Automatic ones for this price?

The Dosti Plan of BSNL offered free talk time between two SIMs, and by extension: the cell phones. I am looking for something similar. Any one can tell me anything about it?

I am aware of the new Uninor 'Dosti' plan recently released in Andhra Pradesh. But I live in West Bengal so it's not available here yet. Any one can tell me the details about it, if they used it?

Also anything other than Uninor that is similar to what I am looking for?

according to spec sheet at flipkart the original galaxy s has 512 MB ram and this cheaper galaxy lcd has 478 MB..

i have the galaxy s.. consider the fact that at any given time the galaxy s has only around / less than 100 MB ram free ram available for apps to run which i find very low and when 2-3 apps are open (music player, web browser, messaging) the phone starts freezing and lagging.. at times i have to manually close an app from the task manager and sometimes the app force closes.. and such situations are very often when you are browsing the web, listening to music and you get a message and you open the app to reply.. and the phone freezes..

i believe the next update for galaxy s adds another 30 MB free ram..

but assuming that galaxy s and lcd one both use the same android build the cheaper one is completely "NO BUY"..
