How to convert video files to MP4/3GP/WMV/FLV and other video formats

I am not very good at digital stuff and I don't know exactly what the video format is, such as mp4, wmv, avi, and so on. I only know my iPod accepts mp4 video, my windows movie make supports wmv and if you want to upload your videos to youtube.com you have to make it into flv I think. And if you have a Camcorder video I think not many player can play it so just convert them.

Need Help with Buzz and Layout in Cafe World

I am now using a layout that does get into the low 80s, but only temporarily. Do I have to get a 4th waiter to get me a higher rating? I only have 3 waiter as of now. I have seen so many who are on lower levels than I am with fewer waiters, counters, and stoves that have 105 rating or around it. Why can't I get a high rating? Anyone has any idea?

Since I opened my cafe this morning, it seems like I'm getting one to two customers at a time. If I'm lucky, I'll get three customers at once. Anyone else having the same experience? Maybe it's because there's some football game on and everyone's home watching it. Wish we could do to go orders. Any help what has tremendously changes this morning? I am not technically minded! I have an Asus notebook running XP with only 4GB hard disc and no optical disc.
When I switch on it shows the Windows logo and then a box titled "Exporer.EXE - Application error" the contents of which is "The application failed to intitialize properly (0x0000005). Click on ok to terminate the application".
