Test Drive Unlimited 2 Fullscreen (Alt + Enter) Crashes

I completed the download and i can play the game very well. There are minor graphics bugs but that can be ignored. But the serious problem is i cannot change the graphics settings. I try to enter the full screen mode by pressing Alt + Enter key and the game crashes with error report sending. I closed this error twice or thrice. But then i get this error everytime i change some graphics settings. W

Hey all, I had pre-ordered Test Drive Unlimited 2 and steam provided my with the key and pre-order key to install the game. I entered it. Now it says that the keys are already claimed or invalid. What the hell? This is very frustrating. I took a leave from work and now I can not even get into the game. What is this? What is steam upto? Its gone insane. I am not very good at digital stuff and I don't know exactly what the video format is, such as mp4, wmv, avi, and so on. I only know my iPod accepts mp4 video, my windows movie make supports wmv and if you want to upload your videos to youtube.com you have to make it into flv I think. And if you have a Camcorder video I think not many player can play it so just convert them.

I've been playing the the game that sold me the steam, and everything looks good except the known issue with the casino, and I'm also getting a graphics issue with cars. All cars are very shiny absolutely horrible, even if the paint the cars with matte they shine and still look almost like a glossy paint. I can not get rid of that horrible shiny finish is horrible.
