Tata Sky HD Purchase not possible?

They should have placed the orders with Chinese company and imported a few containers extra around Diwali season. The planners at Tata company are old pumpkins I guess.
I m in ludhiana and got HD 3 months ago from CHANDIGARH as u will not find it in jalandher and ludhiana u can get one fom GD Electronics 9815178399 Mr GD Singh a Nice man , he will arrange instalation at u r place in jalandher , but as of now HD box is not available with him but u stay in touch with him

TS CC r dump fellow they have only one answer of aa questions "Sir its not available now when it will we will inform u " and they say this with big thanks and thats all.

Now when we have 5net, We have issues like slow dc++ speed, or frequent disconnection from the local cable walas..or cable walas charging too much for tht..

they might be charging you extra 3k right for the plan? SSV chor hai bachpan se.. I used to fight for my frnd cuz SSV lootne mein sabse aage hai..

heh yeah. FUP can be applied on a 3G connection :D drop to 2G after a particular limit.

BSNL 3G Disconnection Problem

I believe disconnection should be less at lower speeds and higher at high speeds when the modem is negotiating with the tower.As only at peak tower speeds and more no of users the bandwidth and connection would drop.

Its good you have ordered the data card, as it is not recommended using the phone as a modem for longer time as the battery will get heated up and it will impact the overall life of the phone.

I travelled from bangalore to delhi and used the modem there was getting between 2 to 3 Mbps download speeds on Dolphin, but browsing was slow.

The reason for that is TS HD boxes were being sold for 2.5k, Looking at the pricing for the earlier HD boxes they will price the HD recorder boxes at least double the price is not more. So 5k+ will be the costing for the same i don't think it will cost below that. This is my own personal view looking at the current pricing of STB's.
