Netgear WPN824V3 not working well when used in combination with WLAN

I have been using the Netgear WGR614V7 for a long time . My system is linked to it with the realtek RTL8191SU Wlan 802.11N. It works well with it , but I purchased a WGR824V3 in grouping with the WPN111 as it came along with a package . It should work in more faster manner than my previous router , but do not know why it does not work as expected. So any body who owns the same router then please

My brother have recently installed the Microsoft Office Publisher on my Windows 7 machine which I generally use only for gaming and sometime for watching movies. Now I have seen some now program installed on this machine due to which I am taking bit interest in it. I have just upgraded my machine from Windows Vista to Windows 7 by using custom method but I didn't repartitioned drives as I found that an original data is okay including the windows.old folder. Friends I need a 2GB single sided ddr2 RAM stick but now I think that it is now desperate of searching for that. I have searched for this everywhere but not able to find that. I have the motherboard which supports up to 8 GB but that is if it is single sided. If it is not that then it will only support5 up to 4 GB.
