i started using windows mail about a year ago.approx 4 months ago,every time i opened my mailbox it would download duplicate mail that i had previously deleted.if i opened it now it will download the previous 4 months.this means,despite having deleted mail,i am getting the same mail 5 or 6 times.i am a complete novice,what can i try.

I have old game splinter cell cheos theory.but when i start with windows xp or windows 7.it show me that pixal shader 1.1 not suported.but i have intel gma 3100 with 256 mb.why?
My pc specification is 250gb hdd,2gb ram,graphical memory 256 mb,gigabite g31 motherboard,intel core2duo 2.8gz procressos,os is windows xp and windows 7.please help me.

I have intel gma 3100 gpu.also 250gb hdd.2gb ram and core 2duo 2.8 gz procressor.but when i start playing splinter cell cheos theory it wont start. It show me error that ur graphic card not support pixal shader 1.1. But intel gma 3100 support upto 2.0. Then why? Thanks.

1. It happens on my work computer and this computer is left on 24/7
