WIN2K8 Remote Desktop Connection defaulting to server name

I just upgraded our Terminal Services server to Windows Server 2008 R2, on a 2003 domain.

Everything seemed to go OK but now when I goto a thin client, or even PC and remote to the server it is defaulting to a server logon and not using the domain for authentication.

Right now the only solution I have found is to enter the domain with the user at logon. DOMAIN/USER

I have a Gateway 7326 laptop.
It was XP and now, it runs on windows 7 because i upgraded.
Now the sound doesn't work.
Im guessing the driver doesn't support windows 7. is there anything i can do?

Im having a major issue trying to fix my HP Pavilion Slimline s7620n PC

Operating system is Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005.

The issue is that when ever i start it up, it goes to the black screen, then loads, goes to the blue User Login screen and then right when it reaches there, the system restarts. When ever i try hitting system restore, it just says "Missing ***.dll"

Hey folks - I need to install a new OS (Windows XP Tablet) and got to the first disk when it stops and gives me 3 options: Set up Windows Now - press Enter, Repair Windows - Press R and Quit - press ESC. Hi Guys,

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate. I did the following :

-Networking -> change adapter settings .
-In File -> New incoming connection , I added a name.

Now I want to delete it but I am unable to do so? Cant find an option to delete.

Please help me. (I did delete the incoming connection but cant delete name). See image for more info.

hey guys..

i was having this problem with my laptop. it was an ACER aspire 4315
when i open it, it would start the windows normally, then log in to my
account and after putting my password, it would only show a black screen
and a mouse pointer and no icons etc.

Vista thumbnails/ordering all wrong

This problem occured once some time ago and they released a patch to fix it...two years after the problem started. Now, after some time of no problem, it's back and I have no idea as to why.

In any personal document, picture, video or music folder my ordering is always lost. I'm an obsessive compulsive and I have to have all my files in the order I want them but Vista no longer seems to care.
