Strange.

They blocked this site 2 days ago. Last night I gave a complaint and today morning I got call from their Mumbai office. Guy says site is blocked as it's present in some spam database. He suggested that I use some proxy site to access this particular site.

I checked again (few minutes ago) and looks like the site has been unblocked. WTF is going on? :madness:

Recently i cancelled Airtel BB connection and subscribed to BSNL BB. I was very happy with airtel regarding speed and never faced any issue in whole one year.

I had to get a bsnl landline for intercom purpose in my apartment building. So i was paying airtel bb bill and bsnl LL bill. Neighbours suggested me to get bsnl broadband as they were satisfied with speed and service. So i cancelled airtel and subscribed to bsnl bb.

Now i am in 4Mbps ULF900 plan and i am not satisfied with speeds. Most of the times i get around 500kbps. Even i have to pause while watching videos on youtube so that sufficient data is streamed. Changed MTU settings as per settings mentioned in http://broadbandforum.in/bsnl-broadb...cess-websites/
but no improvements.

Spoke to many guys in bangalore jayanagar bsnl office and it looks like nobody is bothered about complaints. Raised complaint thrice but never got a single call from bsnl

I seriously feel i should have continued with airtel bb. Just for saving couple of hundreds, i am disappointed now. Airtel charges premium but also provides premium service. BSNL should remove incompetent employees who got no brains and thinks customer as bakra :cry: rather unwanted bakra :tongue:

There is some serious fault in their Usage Meter. Or its a fraud!!

They have charged me Rs. 6379.00 (1 month bill - 5.9.10 to 4.10.10)

I used only about 2 GB and the usage meter showed 20GB+. Even on days when I did not use the device at all, it showed heavy usage.

:(

They also disconnected my service and closed all my complaints: (Ref #s 236491105, 238298297 and 239261287)

Please avoid Tata Photon.

If you search 'Tata Photon Fraud' and 'Tata Photon Wrong Usage' on google. You will find many people complaining the same thing. But Tata guys are completely silent and ignoring the issue.

It feels like being a fool when their Customer Care say: "Sir, you used the device, we have checked and there has been no cloning or any other fault. YOU HAVE TO PAY THE BILL"

the advantage with big is it has a DVR built in the HD STB and supplies a universal remote..
Which city r u in? Actually its available everywhere as far as I know. I am in Hyd and my frnd has placed order via helpline and the CC told him most of the cities and now place order via helpline.
