HP tm2 vs HP 2740p

I am having a small query that i need to work with. Actually i am planning to buy a laptop and gone through several laptop but liked the two very much i.e. HP TouchSmart tm2 and HP EliteBook 2740p. But now i am confused with between the both. So if any one have used them then please let me know about the same. Thanks in advance.

One of my friend told me that I should install latest Vista Driver and it will start working But I dont want to do that. Can you give be some better idea other then this.
