He was coming into Seattle airport through thick fog with less than 10m visibility when his instruments went out. So he began circling around looking for landmark. | Need a wireless broadband for streaming videos. Posted: 07 Dec 2013 01:00 AM PST Hi, I live in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Here in the city there are many ISP available but my area is not feasible by any ISP except BSNL and here BSNL broadband( wire-line) really sucks. Its upload speed is pathetic. Right now I am using BSNL Evdo its good for download but upload speed, I really don't except more from it. Even in this city only reliance broadband have good upload speed which gives near 1 mbps upload speed. Suggest me a wireless broadband which gives me good upload speed. And also it should be unlimited. 3G and MTS like EVDO services are not unlimited and they are too much expensive.
I only had seen a video on YouTube of Reliance WiMax which gives more than 1 mbps upload speed. But only one video which is not sufficient for trusting. What I need only good upload speed. |

They have started advertising quite heavily in Bombay and their plans seem pretty decent. Their 600kbps UL plan would be excellent for me. I really like the way they have bill limits for their limited plans as well. That shows they understand consumer concerns about enormous bills and have designed their plans to allay them. So how good is their service? Any down time? How quickly do they respond to complaints? Really any information from people who have used Tikona would be appreciated. |

| Posted: 06 Dec 2013 11:38 PM PST Affordable company and with the good services, you really cannot not go wrong. An ISP should have three important attributes in my opinion. 1. Good support 2. Quality connection 3. Value for money. And Tikona has all those.
Following are my ratings :-
Support - 8 Well organised support and honest with any open tickets and issues. Speed and connectivity - 8 Quite reliable and delivers promised speed. Would have given 10, but faced some issues in the initial phase. Value - 9 Would I recommend? Yes, they are value for money. You get what you pay for... |

| Buying and Selling products through OLX Posted: 06 Dec 2013 11:34 PM PST I am giving it a second try. I listed my 2012 Google Nexus 7 3G 2 days ago. Just got one query. But as expected, it was quite absurd. He wants me to drop the price 40%. Claims to have Google as his client. Says Google is offering him the 2013 edition of the 3G variant for Rs. 18000 (US price is going to be above Rs. 22000). It's fun. I told him to get it because it is an excellent deal. He said he is planning on getting that but wanted a backup device for testing. I am assuming he is an Android developer and if he is right, Google seems to be offering the new model at pretty amazing prices to developers here in India even before it is launched in the US market.
Listed two more products for variety. I know people here have had much success with OLX. Share your stories! |

| Dlink 2520u not updating DDNS info Posted: 06 Dec 2013 11:21 PM PST When ISP refreshes IP addr, Dlink 2520u doesn't seem to update DDNS info. Only when modem is rebooted the info gets updated but, not otherwise. Do anyone if there is work around or fix for this
