Indian Cricket Season 2012

I had not seen this so earlier I did not comment.

Just saw the video here:
Alastair Cook runout by Virat Kohli India v England 3rd Test Kolkata - YouTube

I think this was fair run out. Dhoni had no obligation here. He had option but you cant say he cheated or he had been unfair.

Especially because rules say that batsman should have grounded the bat and if he takes evasive action after that then he can be called not out otherwise out.

Bangladesh have been strong at their home for the last 2-3 years, they swept series against NZ & almost won the Asia cup against teams more suited to their conditions. But yes, even I was expected even more close games.

Plus they are making a mistake of sorts by playing Pollard at 6 & including Dwayne Smith, leaving them with only 3-4 players who are really capable of building long innings regularly. Gayle's form has also been bad for his standards.

And Samuels single handedly won them the 3rd game or it would have been 3-0 already.

Tata Sky Plus HD DTH: Why these cartoon channels keep showing same car all day:(?

Posted: 07 Dec 2012 02:16 AM PST

Firstly this has got nothing to do with Tata Sky.

I will give you food for thought -

During our young days we were limited to a few cartoons. India being a small market only the best were shown to us.
In USA & Europe there were 1000's of other cartoons shown that were never shown to us.

As the markets have grown there are more & more channels coming.

FYI Jap anime existed when we were young also. Its just that we were limited to a certain select few.....

Yes you are right. I wanted to mention same. With higher packs in Tata Sky its easy to have desired HD channels for (just) Rs 100 :)
But in Airtel even in highest pack, you need to pay extra Rs 170 to get all HD channels.

Its subjective topic based on individual's need for channels.

Beam Fiber crazy new plans!! (w/e November 17th 2012)

Is anyone still reading this? I'd like to know a few things -

1. Do you need to manually login every time?

2. Can you share the connection via WiFi? More specifically, does the Router-Modem supplied by BSNL (Teracom Type 2) work with Beam?

3. Addendum to 1 - can I keep the connection to 'always on'? Or will I have to reboot after a specific interval?
