| Videocon D2H HD DTH: Pain with VideoconD2h Customer care Posted: 14 Dec 2012 01:19 AM PST Changing of package is done by the VideoconD2H Customer care people, and its a pain calling the CC and making them understand our requirements. The package changing will not happen by calling them once, we need to call them at lest three times where it will take three days for them to change the package or add a channel. I don't know what is the solution for this, it is recommended to call them before three days if you want add a Channel or change your channel packge. This is the 2nd instance in 6 Months. My Complaint number is - 145279354,145280042 Still unresolved raised on 12-Dec-2012. |
