If you need to backup the sms for future android phone, best app is SMS Backup.

It backs up sms to ur gmail account!

hey guys you know that, you can change your login ID : ex.45xxx5454xx44 ( numeric) to any alphabetical +numeric ID... so you dont have to remember ... just login with id u wanted .. ( YOU CAN CHANGE ONE TIME ONLY )
