| Kiss a snake but never take Reliance Broadband Connection Posted: 02 Nov 2012 03:30 AM PDT My Customer ID is 310017400851.I took a reliance unlimited connection in June 2012.Many times the line was disconnected.Around 24th September,2012 the line went dead.I complained at least 10 times on phone.I sent at least 7 emails and even threatened to go to consumer court. But now i.e. 2nd November 2012 (after one and half months) the internet is still not working.The surprising thing is no one ever came to enquire. I have made advance payment for 3 months and mine is a postpaid connection. This is a company of frauds.You should throw money in the Ganga rather than taking Reliance Broadband connection. |
| Pathetic Customer Care of Hathway Posted: 02 Nov 2012 03:26 AM PDT Hathway's download speed in Mumbai has gone pathetic since last couple of months. They purposely reduce the speed to 128kbps - 256kbps on Saturday, Sunday and on public holidays. Even if you are using 5 mbps connection the speed still drops to 128kbps - 256kbps, which is not even broadband. Even after complaining they refuse to accept the problem. No such thing is mentioned in their fair usage policy that the speed will be reduced to 128kbps -256 kbps on weekends and public holidays. Even the daily speed is not consistent through out the day. hathway has wrong ethics. They purposely reduce speed to save on bandwidth which is not acceptable. This is cheating. Complains to their nodal officers fall on deaf ears. |

| Posted: 02 Nov 2012 02:57 AM PDT Hathway HD Pune (kothrud) is showing only 8 HD channels. when all 20 channels will be up and running? when contacted helpdesk, they have no idea...only answer given is work is going on and will be shown next week.....I am hearing this for last 3 months.... After paying 6666/- for HD connection and not seen any new HD channels added in last 4 months is absolute poor performance by Hathway. Others are showing 22 channels in all locations... @hathway_helpline - any idea, when all 20 channles will be up and running in Pune? Now, digitization in mumbai is done, so this should have increased the bandwidth to distribute these channels in Pune. |
