Indian Cricket League is not counted but Indian Premier League is counted officially as Twenty20.

T20I means Twenty 20 international just like ODI - one day international
Twenty20 means any twenty 20 game officially recognized by ICC.

Major teams Australia, Hampshire, New South Wales, Queensland, Rajasthan Royals, Sydney Sixers, Tasmania

It includes Rajasthan (I. P. L) and also Sydney sixers.(CL)
