They don’t know what they are selling. Probably sales guys are from FMCG segment who would have sold soaps, toiletries etc. It has been more than weeks since they promised a wifi router and a static IP.
While the concept and value proposition (10 MbPS) is good it is destroyed by the pathetic sales team. Nobody even picks up the call.

There is a sales manager by name Sourabh - kid all of 26 years. He will not even pick up the call and he will SMS carelessly. Then there is a field sales guy by name Murthy. Again does not pick up the call and will come at odd hours of 9 PM. One day he turns up at 9 PM and ask for network diagram...how will a customer know? We ask him what it is....he shows a grin and asks give us something sir, huh so much for flouting government norms.

Do not even consider going to these guys!!!! Stupid waste of time...

Note to Promoters of this company - Your value proposition is good. Do not have such jokers ruin the business model. Its the execution that counts...Fire them all. Get good folks. Future will be good. If not competition will kill you!!!

Day 29...still wasting every day 1 hour to try getting in touch with them...
Update...now the customer care team wants the network diagram in a soft copy...what a wastage of time????

We take your feedback and ensure the field team is trained to the customer expectation, btw pl note as per TRAI regulations static IPs are assigned only after getting the network diagram from the user. It can be simple one computer (or multiple) connected from router in your case but you have to show it in drawing and signed copy of the same needs to be collected from customer. Can you pl mail me your details to Actian@acttv.in and will ensure the same resolved soon.

Indian Jugaad (extending with the data cable) for Micromax mobile ... took 2.5 hours to get fully charged.
