Bsnl not taking my complaint seriously.

no answer here also just like bsnl.
3rd complaint also closed without any correction.i again lodged 4rth complaint and will disconnect the broadband and telephone if not corrected now .it's been over 10 days now.i also tried to book complaint on their website (just idiotic move from me) and get this
not saved ,duplicate docket found
BHR/CO/2012/241 date-04/06/12
its looked like they are still 1 month behind.

ok just some line man showed up after I mange to get his no. itna akdau ...aur batemaez banda kabhi zindigai mai nahia dekha... the dude had no clew where he will be doing the wiring from I showed him where airtel ppl had done it from and then he said I don't have the instruments to do it I was like wtf ? what am I suppose to do about it and then he went on arguing and crap....

I spoke to line man's incharge and he is another one he says I can't do anything about it and then went on arguing with me that I should arrange all the dam tools for him.. what kind of s*h*T service was this and I am suppose to pay them Rs 800 for this and on top of that guy was actually literally shouting

I mean the guy showed up with just a wire his hand... that it he had absolutely nothing else to install the wire, not even the clips to make the wire bolted on the wall rather the wire would be left hanging......


Plus they used my airtel wire and connected their own wire saying that there is no other way to install the wire ? I did not agree to do this...but they kept arguing and doing hangama here dam rude ppl ...I was like just f do what ever u want ... !

LOOKS LIKE WIFI ROUTER IS the problem............changed with office router same netgear WGR614, looks fine now.

will install this router in office and will see what happens.

btw forgot to mention , my home router was making a light screaching sond for many days........but i didnt have any issues till now.

@ rajanmehta - No warranty is a bit of a concern. Otherwise I can also get the US One S(S4 Krait) for 26k from ebay india or for ~29.5k I can also get the AT&T Galaxy SIII (i747) - Again S4 processor and 2GB of RAM. but I am in two minds over whether I should get such an expensive product without warranty. specially with the problems people had reported with the initial batches of the One X.

bsnl broadband DSL Frequent disconnection problem

I am having serious problem in bsnl broadband
my problem is that the dsl light in modem goes off frequent so i am not able to use the internet
the telephone line does not have any disturbance
modem type : netgear DGN 2200M n300 router (MODEM+ wifi)
Plan : 750 Combo
server : NIB- 2

there is no disconnection when i use my telephone but as an when i put my receiver down the problem of discoonection starts
please solve my problem as soon as possible
