It is ridiculous at the least. People like he judge who passed the outrageous decision in favour of Google are the ones who are killing innovation. Seriously, what is the motivation to invent something knowing fully well that it can be copied by anyone without your permission or compensation. One could rather just wait for someone to come up with something and then copy it. Far easier, not to say cheaper.

Well, how can u assume that the student had copied? Just because he managed to get the seat? Well, i would say the student who got the seat, would be much more knowledgeable that that other fellow. Without putting in much efforts, that student would have prepared & fared better than the "Hardworking creature", which is why he got the seat. Remember, hardwork doesnt always pay. Smartwork does. The one u r claiming to have copied, has actually done smartwork.

Not only did he get the seat, he is not a pain to the ones he is eventually giving his services.

Ecobhai Broadband?

Posted: 30 Jun 2012 02:47 AM PDT

Just a local ISP in my area. Anyone used them or heard of them? any review?
They are providing 1mbps(no fup) for 900rs. Highly interested.
Website seems to be pretty badly done:
Code:

http://ecobhaibroadband.com
Apparently, it's a part of Kamash Tech, who also run this project:
Code:

http://mailmaal.com
Which is obviously a SCAM website. So I wonder if their broadband services are a scam :S

Even though the ADSL2+ standard does allow up to 3.5mbit/s upstream, this is only with Annex M which most providers around the world aren't using, Airtel probably included. So 1mbit/s or thereabouts is about as good as it gets.

And honestly speaking, I have never found any phone (I must have changed a dozen or so in all these years) that has battery backup or durability of the 3310. It used to fall down from 2-3 floors above the building the ground yet it would not break. Similarly, there has been occasions when the phone was smashed etc. but it still worked. Really the chuck norris of mobile phones.
