No harm in sending a petition.

The babus defining policy are living in stone age. 2mbps in to be implemented by 2014/2015.
Knowing the past experience it's like we live in a fools paradise.

What prevents the ISP's from offering a plan with FUP and non 2mbps speeds, and not classifying the plans as broadband?

Looks like there is no cash back on the boxes purchased via Dealers. No worries though. I didn't want to pay online on a flaky cable connection.
