According to me ACT BB is super, they give the promising speed. They may have some fiber cut issue(which is not a big issue), i see from their customers that they r facing problem to reach CC(this might be problem as they r expanding very fast, consumer base is increasing). So u can go to any plan offered by them

Sometimes, they do help. Obviously, that does not grant them license to poke their nose in every thread that mentions vodafone/tata et al.
