Many reasons actually.

1. The line quality at my place is awesome ! Exchange is in my building, so only a few floors of copper wiring.
2. Over the past 3 - 4 years, never has my net gone down (speed issues sometimes, but nothing that isn't resolved in a few hours time)

well he likes to be treated as a superstar wherever he goes. so this is not exactly surprising.

usually he deals with private places where rules can be bend to suit his personality. public places are always going to be trouble for him.

Vodafone nodal office is useless-no help -bangalore.

Why don't you answer, Why are you hiding behind high school drop out people. I tried calling you using various numbers, but everytime I hear-- you guys are not in cabin, or out of office or busy or out for lunch or in toilet ( all during office hours) . There is no system of voicemail or return calls.

Highly uncivilized offices without any MORAL or ETHICS. VODAFONE is total disaster and money grabbing monster.

We you guys ever wake up. I think MR.ANALJIT SINGH must step in to make you learn what is customer service?

Another scam by vodafone in bangalore

Finally after 5 days of calling them continuously we were able to talk to one Shilpa Nanjappa, ( she claims to be Manager of R.T. Nagar store), When I asked about where these documents were missing? she had no clue.

I am pretty sure there is very poor coordination in the same office, so how can we expect their coordination with their back end and people who are responsible for disconnecting and releasing lines.

VODAFONE IS TOTAL CHAOS AND SCAM. NODAL OFFICER MANASHI AND THANNASIAPPAN has not done anything except sending automated mails. ... IS VODAFONE really going to survive? Is VODAFONE going to get closed the way they are performing so badly in terms of customer service and quality? VODAFONE is using all the unfair trade practices making use of all the loopholes in nearly broken legal system of India.


Does any one know if VODAFONE is going to survive in this manner for long? Or they will continue with their frauds , cheating and unfair trade practices to compete other brands?

SHILPA NANJAPPAN refused to share her official number of VODA FONE STORE, All that she wants me to contact same guy HUSSAIN who cheated us on two occasions.

There is no ethics and values in this company. Are there bigger scams in VODAFONE like 2G scams in India? Looks like it is easy to get away with scams, frauds, cheating , misleading acts, unfair trade practices with the kind of corrupt atmosphere exists in India at every front.

I REALLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHO TO GET HELP FROM AND HOW TO TEACH VODAFONE A LESSON? Please share name of authority or regulating organisation here who can control frauds of telecommunication companies.

However I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court. Is any one know about media contact whom I can present my case?

Reliance speed issue

I don't think one will face request time-out issues while pinging the local gateway.

This server will be located close-by and there will not be much 'detrimental' factors in between us and the gateway.

The ping time to my local default gateway is just 18ms. However, once the traffic leaves the gateway, we can expect time-outs.

This request getting timed out (once the packet leaves the local gateway) is too bad for reliance (in fact, I have never come across such a pathetic scenario with Airtel or BSNL).
