ACT broadband down in AECS layout Posted: 06 May 2012 03:14 AM PDT Actually I had also complained about Babu, their sales agent in AECS layout. But seems like nothing was done on this front. He seems to think as if he is doing a favor on the ppl by providing a connection. I applied on 26th march and finally got the connection on 28th Apr after following up hundreds of times.. |
ACT BB worst service in Bangalore Posted: 06 May 2012 03:05 AM PDT Hi, I don't think that ACT is a professional organsiation at all.This seems to be the attitude of ACT BB throughout. My connection has not been working from the morning.(I have an other issue of having very poor speeds in the night,wherein am supposed to have a 10MBPS plan).Though the connection is down from the morning,you can hardly reach the helpline.I called up the guy who sold me the connection and you should see the way he acted.Was asking me to just call helpline which nobody picked inspite of repeated effrots.Probably they like to work(do they really do?) 9 AM to 5 PM 5days a week and give the customers a shit to their problems.The sales guy was rather arrogant.Displayed an attitude exactly what is described here.He was expecting me to beg.They do not understand that it is their duty to upkeep the connection.They think we need to plead to them for services as they are doing a great favour to us. I had made some complaints to the service person when he had come personally(again for payment collection.I had paid online and they said it was not successful whereas their website said it had been succesful).No actions have actually taken place. They just try to sell and want customer to accept whatever nonsense they provide. They really don't have the dedication of customer satisfaction at all. They have been only giving reasons right from the time of installation,without any proper actions or solutions. Am seriously thinking if at all i should continue the services of ACT BB. AT the time of accepting order they promised 4 hours response time.But reality is they don't acre if you have a problem. They have been prompt in only 1 thing.Collecting money.Nothing else. |
Posted: 06 May 2012 02:54 AM PDT they must give u demo ,but service is good due to its 4G technology ,no speed issue will come ,if it comes very rare ,yes one more thing air distance plays a major role between u and nearest wimax bts site ... that is all ....that is why outdoor cpe is good b'case its operating thresold is 10-12 k.m away(air distance) from wimax bts site...and for indoor cpe its 2-3 k.m... and for usb dongle device it is 500 mtr to 1 k.m..... |
