All free proxy software uses shared proxys which means you and someone else might be sharing the same IP
1. Which could get you banned on torrent sites who would think you're indulging in acc. sharing.
2. Since these proxys are public no one knows where the data is flowing through and whether its encrypted or not.

So make sure you switch off such softwares when banking or Internet shopping etc.
