| Suggest a 3G connection in Chennai for a heavy use Posted: 23 Apr 2012 02:57 AM PDT I stay in Chennai as well and trust me, 3G isn't going to help if your requirements are that huge. Your best bet would be to get a BSNL broadband connection with a high speed (since cost isn't a big deal) and use a 3G connection. I'm using Airtel and their 3G is average at best (bumps me down to EDGE as soon as I get indoors), but it's supposedly the best here. Good luck!

| Did I make a mistake by choosing Tata DOCOMO 3G? Posted: 23 Apr 2012 02:56 AM PDT Hi, I have taken tata docomo 3G stick in Mar 2012 in Bangalore. At that time dealer said that the roaming is free and it will work all over India. Now I am in gurgaon for couple of months but its not working and customer care told me that you have to pay roaming charges separately. I guess this should be mentioned at the time of purchase and these charges will be too high for people who uses it a lot. & apparently there is no scope to shift this number to a new circle so now I am stuck with this stick which is useless and worthless for me & my 2000/- got wasted :(. Just because DOCOMO doesn't clearly inform customers that this service is limited to few areas of India and not all over. MY money got wasted.
