Have a Look at this and recommend solution ..... Posted: 22 Apr 2012 01:54 AM PDT To be honest, I don't know... it's BSNL, after all - they probably want everything in writing, in triplicate, signed and notarized. Customer care may or may not understand what you're talking about. The local office staff may or may not understand what you're talking about. Whoever reads your mail may or may not understand what you're talking about. You may need to try all 3 unless you happen to have some engineer's phone number (who I sincerely *hope* knows what you're talking about). |
If I may dare to ask: what happened with Hayai? Posted: 22 Apr 2012 01:45 AM PDT In order to expand to Delhi etc as people are asking, we will need either 1. An 'A' class license or 2. A second 'B' class license. DoT is implementing new licensing regimes in order to allow for full utilization of 4G/LTE services, that is, basically, VOIP will become legal and all under certain circumstances (thanks, Mukesh!) While they get their stuff together, all pending licenses (both new ones and upgrades) are put on hold, irrespective of what stage they're at. I should probably note at this point that there are a number of other operators also waiting for upgrades. *WE* are currently waiting for an upgrade on our acquired B license (which will come with the transfer of title as well) to allow us to operate outside of Mumbai. Within Mumbai, we can operate, but the rollout if painstakingly slow which is frustrating for everyone. |
