You broadband : 10mbps for 750/- .... Is it for real ? or some joke on us ?

Yes thats the amount they charge for the modem .. I think its refundable when you leave their service and return the modem back to them .. YOU broadband works via modem so you will need that from them .. I was given this pitch black color box Motorola make by YOU broadband ...

Yes you can use the same sim in both. There are no roaming charges anywhere in India if the similar has been bought (MTNL) from Mumbai.

Idiots created "Connection Surrender" work order instead of "Modem Surrender". Bunch of incompetent fools there.

bsnl will not change anything until your next billing date. so there is no use in change of plan after your 20GB usage.

4 Mbps Connection giving 1 Mbps speed.

Ok Bob, here in chandigarh couple of people i knw are getting same speed as you but i am getting maximum 1 Mbps download speed. I don't know whats wrong and these Bsnl guys don't know anything. Its been 7 days and they r just sayin "kar rahe hain, kar rahein hain".. its frustrating.
