Onboard video on ASRock Extreme 7 Gen 3 works but GTX 580 Classified 3GB does not work

I have recently purchased GTX 580 Classified 3GB graphic card and I when I connect it with my system which have ASRock Extreme 7 Gen 3 motherboard at that time it gave me problem. now whenever I start PC with onboard video at that time it works properly but with my video card it does not. any help regarding this will be appreciated.

I was looking for the controller that has the built in mic and if possible built-in speakers although the speakers are not important and it should have the switch that allow to switch it on and off. I have no idea is to where to look regarding this so it would be nice if anyone here help me to fine one, I would be really appreciating this

from last few months I am using computer with ASRock N68C-S UCC motherboard and 4GB RAM. All the thing was working like a charm and suddenly it has started giving me problem. I am trying to create a speadsheet which is a timesheet. I have two versions, one is a simple table that the guys put in their total daily hours or write 'Standby' when they are on standby i.e.

Recently I have assembled computer with Gigabyte ga-a75m-ud2h motherboard and it has started giving me problem with HDMI port. Now whenever I connect my LCD TV with my PC though HFDMI cable at that time I cannot get audio. Please tell me what should I do to solve this problem.

I am using 2wire 3801HGV router and I have Gigabyte ga-h67n-usb3-b3 motherboard in my computer. Now problem is when I try to stream online videos at that time it shows loading screen continuously.
