thats because of the speed upgrade of 1mbps upto 6gb as i recall ... after that they might stick to 55-62 kbps..

There is an issue with the Chennai gateway currently which connects via VSNL (it's pathetic, it took me 3 hours to switch to a better gateway) - here's my results to the same IP address :

You are correct, there is a problem with the Chennai gateway which connects via VSNL, I had 200ms ping to this until it took me 3 hours to get a better one. It should get back to normal at 11:30PM and back to high pings the next morning. It's a routine from the past 3 days. Is there anyway we can get it fixed? I tried BSNL customer service, they have no clue.
