Need help building qscintilla2 in windows xp

Hello everyone, I'm new here! XD

Anyway, I'm trying to get qscintilla2 installed/built on my windows XP box so I can run the eric4 Python IDE and I'm having some trouble...I know I need to build the qscintilla.pro file, but when I tried to build it in qtcreator (I have qt4), it ends with like 12 syntax errors and I don't know what's causing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
