I know this is real simple but i'm very tired so can't concentrate enough to figure it out.

In any case I want to do this:

If there is text in "booked_by" then display that text else display "[ Book ]".

I recently downloaded a video from a website page using RealPlayer. It's too dark and I want to lighten it up. But when I try to import it into Windows Movie Maker or VirtualDub it gives me an error that says, .flv is not a supported file type and it cannot be imported to Windows Movie Maker. How can I get around this? Is there a way or another video editor that will accept the file type. Or am I

How to change the start up sound in win 7

In previous iterations of windows all sounds were customizable but in win7 I cannot find a way to replace the rather dull windows start up sound. There is a checkbox to disable or enable it - that is all. It's not in the sounds menu. It's got to be somewhere.. :p

Who knows the filepath?

Ok got a problem and for the life of me i cant figure it out..

MS Project Resource Loading

Need to confirm an issue. I was starting to use MS Project, and someone told me you have to have a dollar rate entered into MS Project inorder to calculate the hours.

I know others have used MS Project for resource loading at individual functions or people, but never asked me for a dollar rate per hour. I was on the costing side supporting schedules.
