‘Cannot create directory’ error message while downloading Office 2011 for Mac OS X

Well am looking to install Office for Mac 2011. Whenever I am trying to download above mentioned software I am getting 'Cannot create directory' error message. Previously I was having Office 2004 but I lost it when I supposed to upgrade my MacBook to Lion. Any help on the above mentioned topic will be highly appreciated. Thanks lot in advance.

I have recently bought Canon 7D and I have also shooted a no of HD video which is in the .MOV file format, I have tried playing the file in the QuickTime and it works fine with the same but then when I am importing the same file in the VideoWave then the video plays fine but I don't know why the audio gets broken after some seconds. Understandably Microsoft has tried hard to integrate features, but here is my problem.

Roxio Creator 2012 Freezes At 98%
