Unable to uninstall program in Win 7 64bit

Had a Windows 7 64 bit notebook. Unknowingly, i install some of the old program into the new notebook. It seem that not all software (eg Photoshop CS) installed goes into the Program Files in C Drive but into "Programe Files (x86)".
Trouble is when I went into Control Panel>Uninstall or Change a program, I am unable to find the file. In fact, those file in "Programme Files(x86) do not appear in

I'm not sure what the error code says--off memory--but in one particular folder I created I believe its says something to the effect that the directory is "full" or folder. This is for a 2gig flash drive. I was wondering if anyone knows how I can correct this.

I have no problem saving to another folder on same flash drive, but just one folder says it is full, or directory is full.

USB Loader GX does not detect my external HDD

I use USB Loader GX for a long time and it works great. Except that I have to install a Hermes cIOS to try to run Monster Hunter Tri and it did not function. I put the Hermes cIOS of my usb loader detects more than my external HDD. I uninstall the cIOS for Hermes to return as before and my dd is still not detected. What do I get my dd what cIOS detect and I will be better to install.
