need advice for 2 connection and 1 server

Hey everyone :)
I havent touch networking for ages and i just got a new project to do..anyway i just did a fresh install of server 2003 sp2 and got my AD, DNS, DHCP up and running and now i having a bit problem and need your pro to help me :(

here is the story / project:
- I have 2 connections using thier own ISP router ( 1 for staff and 1 for student)
- Server, xp computers, 2 ISP routers

As playing this game what I see is that that while trying to dragging the troops from one place to another and dropping it. what I see is the procedure is very slow. And the animation also works very slowly. So I want to know have you all notice this issue in this game.
