roming profile of user doesnot copy on the server

HI! every body i m very upset ! can any body help i have 10 clients on the domain i have set there profile as roaming .but there profile is not copying on the server. i have try following option.

1. i have set sharing and security right to these user's
2. my domain controller time is snychornize with the clients
3.i have disable netbios
