If I remember correctly, they can deny your claims if there is a natural calamity, however ( I am not lawyer, but still) I think they are LIABLE for every thing they cant provide service for even in fine print...

as said by mascot no hope for any new channel, especially HD channels till they migrate to st2. now airtel is having the highest no of HD channels at 14. they have added sd channels like sonic and food food too.

D2h will have a lot to catch too when they shift to st2.

Well, yesterday HD zapper got updated from download id 8 to 14, after full 4 months. couldn't find any major difference apart from some quality strength boost in some TP's

Prepaid Photon Plus - not using for 6 months - query

I am guessing the TataDocomo User Name is spam? I have already rewritten to Tata Customer Service in this regard.

I haven't so far seen a 12 month validity for prepaid, Ulysses, only 3 months the last time I checked. Will look again when I recharge in the middle of Jan. if there is, that would make a lot of sense and easy for me. I don't use the gadget for any other SIM - when in Australia I have a Telstra USB prepaid (and this is on a 12 month validity so will be active for when I arrive there) and the gadget is a different device, not CDMA one.
