hi,

yes i stay near by to your place indirapuram.I agree with you the fault is with the sales team only but upon contacting the customer care they are also not responding to the mails or calls.

Can you please help me out with the executive's no. who visited your place may be that executive too works at the same place or so.

Dish TV : Dish TV flashes VC number many & unlimited times only on Dish TV's channel's screen. Background color black & not traspherent.

D2H : It shows alphabetic number few times & background is transpherent. Very nice.

This is the speed that I have been getting on a consistent basis. When I first got ACT Broadband, I was only getting 50 % of promised speed. But for the last two months, the speeds have been fast and consistent.
