Now Iam using my voda sim in my android and sending a message .It is showing my airtel sim with which jaxtr was registered first.

It is indeed a terrible bug . One can buy a second hand /stolen android and get a sim with out any proof ( Rs 300 only in burma bazzar) ,get a data pack and can do any mischief they want. They can even register in Twitter in famous people's name and impersonate too!!
Except the tower location ,law authorities wont know who he is!

Vodafone Deducting Money for No Reason

with no active data pack to deduct from, it gets deducted from main balance it seems.
delete the "APN" or make it wrong. the phone should not have a valid/correct gprs setting in its memory.
If you see "E" on means your gprs settings are intact. your phone is trying to contact and update .could be even fe kb /kB.

If I put a sim (which has previously saved internet settings for that operator), before I know it, my android phone is already downloading something and rs 20-50 gone.
so with out a valid data pack I can not put any sim in my android unless I delete that APN.

Airtel 3G Issues - 3G Network Slow

3G data packs and "pay as you go" 3g users in AP (delhi too?)are getting speeds @ 40kbps even though profile shows 7.2 mbps / modem blue light.
If you connect in Edge only getting 150-180 kbps.

They stopped 3G double data schemes on Nov 30th ,reduced usage/ GB in some gprs data packs and may be re organising their structure.
Hopefully it goes back to the previous speeds soon.

Aircel has improved their speeds.Eralier they used to give above 3.6 mbps profile only for super pro pack. now there is no distiction I think.
Between airtel,voda,aircel,bsnl ,Idea - airtel was the best so far .
